Well we are in a state of recovery here. To much eggnog, sweets, and way to many tamales! That's how we do Christmas in South Texas!
We had a wonderful Christmas Eve service at our church..A peaceful (HA HA) Christmas morning, kids, family, food ...and We all went to bed early!
I am still cleaning up stuff and today was the kitchen's turn. The reason I went on a terror in there was...my sweet, wonderful, caring, hubby gave me a hand written coupon on Christmas morning for a new stove!! The one I have is original to the house, 24 years old. My oven door doesn't shut all the way, only two burners really work...you get the picture. I am so excited, it is motivating me like crazy to clean and organize my cooking space!
Hopefully it will be here tomorrow...I'll keep you posted!
Congratulations on the new stove. When my wife asked to buy our present home I said yes on one condition, that I was to purchase any new stove I wanted, a gas range. She said yes....should have asked for more.
